"Beautiful resort with a beautiful beach. Plenty of places to eat and activities to keep you busy. Mothers room had issue with room on first night. Balcony door wouldn’t lock. Informed staff, they sent maintenance to fix the lock. But he was unsuccessful. Went to main desk at 7:00pm to get my mother’s room changed. Was informed by Vanessa and another staff member at the front desk that there was no other rooms available. That my 65 year old mother had to deal with an un secured room until 9am the next day. "Great stay to avoid early flight rush at the airport. My bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. Bathroom is nice and my room had small fridge and a microwave which is a plus for me. The restaurant is good but needs an upgrade. I did not had the chance to get to the breakfast due to early flight."
