The bartender (so sorry but I am terrible with names) shared with us the expansive gardens - they even grow their own coffee - and the eggs are fresh from their own chickens! The drink he prepared for my husband had a sprig of rosemary which led to a discussion about the many herbs I don't eat... when he served our dinner said he had talked with the chef about my dining preferences and the sauce on my chicken was stunning - without rosemary! "The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly...
