“Room was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The views of the lake and the birdwatching were amazing! The coffee and breakfast was really delicious. Bed was very comfortable and if you wait long enough, you will get hot water in the shower. We really didn't expect such a lovely stay!”

“We absolutely loved staying here. The overwater bungalows were so enjoyable to experience. The staff was very attentive and are fluent in English. Being able to swim in the water, enjoy all the wildlife, paddle boarding, and kayaking will give us plenty to do while we stayed there and the water taxis were very easy to get the staff can even help you get one if needed.”

“Check in was excellent! I don’t speak Spanish :/ and the reception spoke excellent English. What a beautiful location in the mountains. The scenery from every area - our balcony, the restaurant, the pool - beautiful. The food at the restaurant was good. Overall - felt like we found a diamond in the rough. ”
