"Construction outside and extremely loud property with thin walls. Very loud the entire time you could hear others alarms through the wall. Turned on the fan to make it better but with the heater when preset temp was met a very very loud sound played. Check in and out was easy with the app. Breakfast was as you expect. Room was run down but clean enough."

"Location, lobby and staff were all wonderful but the rooms left a bit to be desired. Very small space which, we do understand in metro areas. The shower however, was wild. I get the industrial vibe but it was giving straight gym/dorm shower. Coffee in lobby was a nice convenience. "

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The first issue that happened is I had paid for a two queen room and was given a one king and one sofa bed room. I was told by the person at the front desk something happened and they booted me to that room and I would be refunded the difference and I could speak with the manager the next morning. As we unfolded the sofa bed in the room we noticed a blood stain on the bottom of the mattress. We were very grossed out. I called the front desk and asked for a new mattress and was rudely told we don’t have a mattress or additional room for you. On top of giving me the wrong room I was also given a room with a disgusting mattress. I was also told the blankets for the sofa bed were under the TV and they were not. I typically neve lr complain about hotels but at least I know I won’t be staying at this one anymore. I emailed the GM yesterday and will update my review as I hear back. "
