The staff stood out. The front desk employees were warm and welcoming. Isaiah one of the cooks were kind and polite. The room itself could use an upgrade. There was dusk on the lamp and headboards.

Chose property with free airport shuttle. First overnight comfortable stay in bayside area. Excellent room, staff, amenities and key card elevator made me feel secured. Surprised to enjoy Starbucks and a simple breakfast option in the lobby market. Loved the signature Doubletree cookies! Shout out to Sammy, Emily and Kamal—were outstanding! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bed is incredibly uncomfortable had a very hard time sleeping because it was like sleeping on the floor but staff was super nice very close to the train for easy transport! As someone that has no experience with public transport it was really easy to get around!
