“The 1 hotel is a beautiful property located right in the mix of it all. Easy to walk everywhere. Staff were kind and helpful. My one critique - they do not do turn down service - If you want it, it’s an additional paid service. This was never explained, and no where in the world have I ever experienced this in any luxury brand. I’m loyal to the 1 and have stayed at multiple properties.”
