"We stayed three nights during the summer shoulder period when the resort was not crowded nor busy and was gearing down after its busy season. The pools are excellent. The resort has a specific procedure on securing towels and different colored wrist bands for the two pools and spa. Regrettably, upon check in, the staff member who assisted did not explain the procedure well, causing us several awkward encounters with other staff members. Additionally on occasion the hotel rents out the facilities...

"Front desk was very nice and welcoming at check-in. Room has a great view, but no air conditioning as advertised. They provided us a fan which was a perfect solution. "

"Nice hotel, pool was warm and relaxing. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hamburger was good, the chicken salad wasn't. "
