“The staff was very nice but when we arrived there were no downstairs rooms which ultimately was okay just with a newborn and a 1 year old it was hard. The reason for the low score was the actual status of the room. We had black mold in various places of the room, no fridge, no microwave, just beds and restroom. Towards the end of our stay I saw bugs and had to disinfect all of our luggage so we wouldn’t transfer it to our home, since the only place to put our luggage was on the floor. Ultimately...
