"Me and my aunt picked here as it was close to Fariways and on the sign it said b n b and we were told no breakfast as soon as we arrived . It is nicer from the outside than inside , damp in the room cobwebs everywhere and the bed was not comfortable and the noice of traffic was going from 4 in the morning. On return from our night out the lady of the house was not very pleasant , I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. "

"Kathleen is a gem! Such a lovely and friendly host. Went above and beyond by helping us find taxis and even dropped us off to Cabra Castle herself when our taxi didn’t show (saving us being late to friend’s wedding!). Definitely recommend!"

"Staying at a castle while in Ireland is a must! Cabra Castle is absolutely beautiful and authentic. The rooms are very comfortable and the food onsite is great. "

"The building was magnificent, every room was so grand. We were on the top floor so that was extremely tiring but very wide stairs so that helped. Breakfast was superb. My only criticism was the soap dispensers weren't great. Luckily, we had our own soap so there was no need for us to go up and down those stairs! I must say though, my daughter (obviously, far younger) was fine with the top floor."
