"Very clean, nice parking, great lounge with fresh brewed coffee at request. Very close to freeway access."

"Falsely advertised shower, was a small stall-type and not the full tub in pictures. Curtain was also too short to stop leaking and water pressure would decrease by about half for a full minute every time another room used a toilet or shower. Sink water pressure was insanely high, I've never seen anything like it. Faucet had to be turned on incredibly carefully or it would shoot out so fast it created mist and sprayed literally the entire counter. Was going to take a video but not worth getting my phone wet. Truly one of the worst locations I've ever stayed at, there are many better and cheaper locations nearby along the 101."

"The air conditioning works, and the breakfast is very basic. For the price, it's a hotel, but the quality is more like a motel. If you book through any means other than directly with them and make a reservation for several days, and for some reason you stay fewer days, they will keep the money for the remaining days. This is their new, dishonest way of operating. So make sure you stay the full number of days you booked, because they don't care if you had an incident or your job ended; they will keep the money for the remaining days."

"We were traveling as a family, including the grandparents, as well as a service dog. We stayed in the premium suite. It was fabulous! There were two separate bedrooms connected in the center with a family room. If you’re traveling with family this is the most amazing option. Breakfast was great, they had an amazing selection of K-cups readily available. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Security cameras in all common areas and a feeling of safety. We’ll be driving this way again and are really looking forward to making this a regular pit stop for our crew. "
