"Finding a decent stay in Buttonwillow can be challenging and the BW Heritage seems to be one of the better places. Generally a clean comfortable room and everything worked. There are no windows facing the freeway so it is reasonably quiet. My only disappointment were 3 bedbug bites that appeared 2 days after my stay. Apparently room 214 needs eradication. Ick!"

"No I'm super upset, I had to check in almost 2days late because of flight delay then my $100 deposit was not returned to me and I had to check out at 3a.m I did not leave room broken or smoked in my room and nor did I take anything in fact left more behind,spa didn't work bathtub wasn't holding water and now my $100 deposit I don't get after having no discount or refund for days I did not stay "

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the amenities were more than expected. Free breakfast as well as dinner. The family was tired after a day long drive and the dinner was a lifesaver since we were all too tired to go out to a restaurant. Staff was polite and helpful. Thank you for a nice stay. My only complaint was $75 dog fee for one night stay. I thought it was steep compared to other hotels we stayed at."
