"The Hotel is very clean and the staff were terrific! There was construction going on outside of our room, so that’s why we marked it as good and not excellent as far as cleanliness. Otherwise it was perfect! The only bummer was that it cost $30.00 to park each day and when we got our email about what to expect it said mandatory valet. Hotels.com did not say anything about that, so we were really thrown off when we read that. Thankfully we were able to self park but we still had to pay the $30.00. We will definitely want to stay there again, but hopefully they change thier parking arrangements once the construction is over with."

"We ran out of hot water. And the listing said that it had a lot of activities for kids, like a rock climbing wall and a different area for kids, and they remodeled and never said that they didn’t have those items anymore."

"Overall everything was pretty great but not sure if I was getting scammed or if there was a miscommunication. I went to the bar during happy hour the day I arrived and got a couple of drinks and food. Was charged full price but when I mentioned happy hour they fixed it saying that happy hour went away, despite it being on the paper I was given at check in 30 minutes prior. The rest was a good experience overall."

"I have stayed here a few times when traveling from California and enjoy the convenience of a clean room, a restaurant within the property and a staff that is attentive and courteous. These qualities are importantly to me and I have found them here. There is a slight smell of smoke due to the casino area and I’m not a smoker, but I’ve found there has been no smell of smoke in any of the rooms I have stayed in and this works for me."
