I had an excellent experience during my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Manga. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, spacious, and comfortable my room was. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and daily housekeeping. The hotel’s amenities were also top-notch. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served really good meals. I also enjoyed spending time at the pool and fitness center, both of which were clean and well-maintained. The customer service was exceptional — every team member was friendly and eager to help, going above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free hotel close to El Centro. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

LACK OF PROFFESONALISM

Front desk staff should get coached regarding customer service. Upon arrival there was problems with air conditioner out of service. Employees started complaining about the conditions they were working (heat) in front of guests doing check in. NOT PROFFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. Also, window cleaners were hanging outdoors in platform but when going down cleaning glass he had a cell phone in hand. Not sure if for texting or recording what he could see in rooms through window. The hotel MUST advise guest prior sending an employee to do this task so guest closes room cortains to keep his privacity.

Our stay was amazing! The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was very amazing and accommodating to us when our flights were cancelled and we had to stay another night. The gentleman at the front desk even put us in direct contact with the airline. Highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Cartagena as it’s also within distance from the Historical Center and Getsemaní!

We have been to Cartagena 6 times in the last 3 years. We found the hotel expensive compared to what we have stayed in before and i think it is geard towards corporate clients that gets a corporate discount. The view from our room was straight in to another building. Breakfast was average. We were there for one week, and the printer in the businesss center did not work the whole week, so we had to ask the receptionist to print. The swimming pool was nice. Staff was excellent.
