The single room I stayed in was clean but the towel smelled like cigarettes and the loud chatting from the staff right outside the room made it difficult to rest. Very noisy, however it was affordable and convenient for me to get to all the fun , shops , etc

Stay away! It’s cheap, yet terrible. The smallest 4 person room I’ve ever been in, very hot and AC works very poorly. Rather dirty. If all four in the room was there, not everyone would be standing up at the same time. There are NO locks at the doors and no safes in the room. You may leave valuables at the reception, but it felt unsafe. Anyone can enter the hostel by ringing the bell outside, and come inside. When waiting for someone to open the door, at night people will come up to you on the street while you wait. You don’t have any keys to the front door nor your own dorm. It feels unsafe. I checked out after one night, despite having booked four.

When I checked in the staff was rude and throughout my stay, the rooms were run down. The doors and windowshad no trims on it. You could look in the room’s, there was a little privacy, none of the receptacles worked in the room, I contacted the staff and they said oh well there’s nothing we can do about it. The power went out for like 24 hours, The free breakfast was not fresh, it was premade, maybe the night before. This hotel doubled as a hostel so they were people standing in the hallway all day sometimes arguing with each other, those people were sharing a room with six or eight other people they probably didn’t know and the room were small, they were standing around in the hallway. Best way to describe it was that some people had a private room with private bathrooms, but most of them were sharing rooms and bathroomswith no air conditioner, one day I walk back into the hotel about 10 AM and there was a guy beating on drums in the hallway, a lot of times people were standing in front of my door, and the door had no trim so they could look inside my private room, another way to look at it is imagine going on vacations spending money on what you thought was a nice room and having a bunch of people down on their luck, maybe borderline homeless and standing around in the hallway, the room had no safe to put your valuables in and I believe it had one lock and it was not a deadbolt. I would not recommend anybody to stay at that hotel unless you’re looking to buy or used drugs,

Ótimo pra quem presida por uma passagem super rápida. Confesso que não ficaria aqui se eu fosse passar uns 5 dias em Cartagena. Primeiro porque não ficaria em quarto compartilhado por tanto tempo. Segundo porque aqui é no centro e é uma loucura, um pouco sujo e caótico de trânsito e pessoas. Mas, por uma noite, foi ótimo. Atendentes maravilhosas, super preocupadas com tudo. Recomendo se for pouco dias!!!

Me robó hotel.com

La verdad es que nunca llegué a hospedarme en el hostal. Larazón es que no había ninguna reservación por parte de hotel. Com de hecho ellos no tienen trato con hotels.com, no tenian ninguna reservación, y aun así hotel.com me cobro la wstancia, pero amablemente el personal del hotel me ayudó a encontrar otro sitio para pasar la noche. Les pido de la manera más atenta me regresen el depósito que se hizo a la misma tarje en que la cobraron.
