Excellent Hotel. Location is also perfect. This was my second time staying here. The food is also incredible. The hotel is so beautiful, the pool the room. Planning already a 2027 trip.

Lovely stay at the Hotel. Nice to be able to walk everywhere safely. The hotel is very very close to the old town but just outside the bustle of the noisy center. Lovely fun free activities daily and lovely staff.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel’s aesthetic was beautiful, and you can tell so much thought went into the details. Everything was incredibly clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the Le Labo bath products were such a nice touch! The staff was welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, such a lovely experience and definitely a hotel we would recommend to anyone visiting Cartagena!

My stay at Hotel OSH was truly outstanding. The property is modern, spotless, and offers excellent activities, making the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. The location is spectacular, perfect for exploring Cartagena. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Luis and the warm professionalism of Valeria at the front desk. Their dedication and kindness made my visit even more memorable. Overall, the staff was consistently attentive and welcoming, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.

We absolutely loved our stay at Osh hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful, which was wonderful since we do not speak much Spanish. The breakfast was great, lots of fruits, breads, and an amazing salad bar. That may sound weird, but the salad was so fresh and tasty, I ate it everyday. The chocolate chips cookies were wonderful too. The pool was amazing. I swam and did laps, but most people just floated and relaxed. Great atmosphere and so close to all the sites you want to see in the area. We walked everywhere and felt totally safe. You are right in the middle of the nightlife action of the city, but you can escape back to your hotel room if you prefer.

The property looks great. The room was nice however, the mattress was extremely firm and some furniture items in the room were clearly not cleaned for a long time. Also, it was a bit strange that I was charged around $55 USD at the end of my trip as a tip to the staff even though I was individually tipping everyone I was in contact with.

We had a wonderful stay at OSH Hotel in Cartagena! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The location is great and made it easy to explore the city. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. The pool and common areas are also beautiful and a great place to unwind after spending the day exploring Cartagena. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay at OSH again. Highly recommend it if you’re visiting Cartagena!
