"Thanks to all the staff that have a great service during our stay in the hotel and the city of Milan. Special thanks to Newen that gives us a room so our daughter can stay with us for one day during our stay. Hotel room view was very good and indications on how to visit surrounded areas were outstanding. We definitively recommend you to our friends and we will be our place to be in Milan for futures trips! Thank you so much!
By the way, breakfast was fabulous:)"
"It was very good location and price was good, It is a very basic room. Nothing fancy but clean. Only one set of towels included. Second set with a fee. Room AC was great."
"Really seamless and smooth check-in and check-out. Help was only a quick WhatsApp message away when it was needed. Great location, will be staying again when back in Milan."
"Location is good for exploring the city. Location is great for access to “The Last Supper” and the Da Vinci Science Museum. Staff was friendly and attentive to our requests (speaks English).
We stayed during the El Niño heat wave of 2026 and the A/C was struggling hard. We stayed on an upper floor with a balcony. It was cooler than the outside, but not quite cool enough to be relaxing. There is no on-site parking, but there is a garage not too far. It’ll cost about €30-40 per day, so prepare for that (and you have to leave your car keys with them and they will move your vehicle daily - granted, this is not the hotel’s fault, but you still need to be aware)."
