“Everyone in the hotel was very accommodating. The front staff spoke a little English and enough to get us checked in and feel comfortable. Most staff spoke only Italian or Spanish, but that is understandable. It felt like a resort such that we were in the middle of coutry-side a d close to the beach within 10 miles. They had a HUGE pool and attendants making sure the site was clean, maintained, and secure. Very happy about their breakfast options and dinner selections. We did mostly eat out...

“I have nothing but good things to say about my stay! Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, the staff were efficient in handling all my needs.”

“Very relaxing spa hotel. If you use all the spa facilities, they are really quite good. But lack of staff assistance and info meant I didn't even discover some of the excellence until leaving. I even enjoyed the foot spa, only once, 4 pools red hot, blue cold. very bland when the taps are not adding jacuzzi effect and the taps only come on at random times. “Zimmer stark renovierungsbedürftig, verlebt,”

I also treated myself to a massage during my stay. While it wasn’t quite what I was looking for, I’d say this is more suited to a relaxing massage rather than a deep-tissue treatment. Overall, we had...

“Easy walk to restaurants.”

“War super um am Abend zu Fuss in der Altstadt essen und am Morgen um auf die Fähre zu gehen”

“Posizione fantastica e struttura molto accogliente e curata”

“Posizione ottima, camera carina e pulita, personale molto gentile. Da migliorare la comunicazione delle informazioni relative al check-in arrivate solo in seguito a sollecitazioni.”

“An absolutely brilliant experience! Debora was extremely friendly, helpful and gave me some great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The accommodation itself was excellent, comfortable and clean. It had all I could have asked for and Sassetta was a great place to rest up on The Tuscany Trail gravel ride.”
