This was a most beautiful place to stay, very friendly staff and a great breakfast. The rooms were quite nice and included a balcony. It would have been nice to spend more time at the hotel, yet we were passing through so didn't get to enjoy all it had to offer as much as we would have liked.

We stayed in the Blue Suite and the room was amazing, we loved it; especially the view and the hot tub on the balcony! The hotel was quiet and clean, breakfast was great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an excellent stay and the perfect way to celebrate my partner's 50th Birthday. It was also very convenient for the Unipol Arena. I would absolutely stay here again.

Restaurant closed on sunday due to lack of staff, room service advertised 7 days but no luck. Expidia pic shows balcony with sun launcher and bath / spa. But that only comes with the blue suite. Rooms looked newly refurbished and are great same bathroom. Overall great stay as reception offered different dinneing places

Beautiful hotel with comfortable bed

Very nice hotel with parking facilities. Clean and nice interior. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Good breakfast as well. The only fault was that the aiconditioning was not on and it was really warm in the night. We heard that The city had not given permission to the hotel to turn the air on on yet.

The property was very well maintained and furnished. The courtyard area and garden area with water feature was very nice touch and made it feel as though you were in the coutryside while sitting on your balcony.

I had a comfortable and quiet room. The bed was excellent and the bathroom well equipped and clean. The hotel is conveiniently located at the west side of the ‘2nd’ ring of the city center. It has its own parking, which was quite important for me.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Bologna -- in a charming town that gives you a glimpse of an idyllic Italian community. The hotel has a classy appeal that should make it a popular venue for social events. It is very close (walking distance) to the bus stop and train station that could get you to Bologna Central station.

Value for money in a beautiful art deco building. Close to train and bus, both about 20 minutes from Bologna Central. High ceilings, individual balconies overlooking lush gardens with fountain and waterfall. Central dining/breakfast area nicely appointed, but only the one area, plus and outside casual dining area not available when we visited in May 25. Breakfast is included. Rooms are small but clean. Village shops and restaurants are still gearing up for summer with many renovations going on, and the train line undergoing some sort of major construction. Easy to envisage it thriving in a few months time.

The perfect end to our trip. We stayed for one night in a loft room. There was a small balcony with a view across the neighbouring rooftops and up to the Basilica of San Luca. If we’d had more time we would have followed the hiking trail up there, which was easily walkable or just a short drive from the hotel. There was a storm the evening we arrived, rain, thunder and lightning and so we had to have dinner at the hotel. It was fabulous! Excellent service, delicious food, well presented and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast the following morning was also excellent with plenty of choice, fresh and dried fruits, pastries, cereal, egg, cold meats and delicious cakes. The parking at the hotel was safe and secure. It was well worth the charge and reassuring to know that we didn’t have to find on street parking on arrival so requesting a space at booking is recommended.
