"Place has such a fun cute vibe, however it could use a deep clean and maybe a face lift. Its a colorful and fun property with pool parties on the weekends and drag shows in the cantina; however the issues are in the details. Everything was a bit rundown. I arrived and immediatley noticed the worn state of the room with light fixtures falling off the walls, rusty or broken bathroom fixtures, multiple stains in the carpet and stained/ripped drapes. Things like this extended out to the pool deck with rusty and stained sunbeds (which go for $100/day) dirty chairs.. ripped or broken umbrellas. Etc. Also noted that the pool deck was just dirty.. trash, used towels, and empty cocktails laying around. General housekeeping was also lacking. The halls and breezeways were pretty unkempt with grimy outdoor breezeways andtrash that sat for at least two days. I also put out my sign for housekeeping three times and it went unnoticed. Location is good though slightly out of the way. This property has sooo much potential and it was really disappointing to see such a cute accomodation not meet expectations."

"You get what you pay for here — the room, cleanliness, mattress, and amenities were basic. This was definitely a budget-friendly stay, and the room and amenities reflected that. The accommodations were simple, with basic amenities and room conditions matching the price point"

"Great place, lovely pool and spas, the golf course was excellent and the people very friendly and accommodating. Then I want to give extra marks to one of the desk agents Jesse- having the text check-ups were actually super helpful because I had to go straight to my tee-time and could have used refills on shower gels/soaps. I figured “eh whatever it’s fine” but they’ll reach out to you via text and check if everything is okay or if you need anything. It’s just very convenient as a traveler for them to go the extra mile to reach out and check on things. Would recommend to anyone to stay here, especially for golfers with the extra putting/chipping area for fun practice."

"The room was poorly managed and didn’t have a tv in the living room area. You have to call and get tv remote programmed and hope that they come. Their is junk old things broken just in parking lot and blocking two parking spots. The mineral pools some work and others get full of leaves and the jets stop working or leaves get surrounded around you while in hot tub and Emory the manager said that they get the pool cleaned in the morning but at night it gets clogged up but if it’s 24 hour pool and hot tubs then it should work all 24 hours. Also the grounds are just poorly kept. Also got breakfast at the capri and it was just bland normal breakfast food nothing special. I have to shout out Krissy for helping us when we brought these issues up to them but make sure when u have the issues you go before you leave or else they won’t do anything over the phone for ur issues. I just wouldn’t stay here period unfortunately even when u request late check out for noon and given the okay someone will still knock on ur door at 11:10 and just enter ur room."

"Hotel was very well located, just off the main strip of downtown. Steps to bars and restaurants. Rooms and lobby were clean and sharp, but the hallways, stairs, and elevators (exposed style) were weathered and tired looking. Exception was the mini-fridge in the room which was unstable while trying to be retro. Staff was OK, check-in was a bit strange, as the night clerk seemed a bit out of it. The luggage rack in the room collapsed spectacularly when I tried to put my (carry-on) suitcase on it, but even though I let the staff know and left it outside, it was not replaced or repaired during my stay."
