We only stayed one night at the Cole but we really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious! We didnt have a chance to use the pool but it looked amazing, with lots of chairs and loungers to choose from.

Great little boutique hotel in North Palm springs Staff was very helpful and the room was large comfortable and very clean. Freddie's Kitchen in on the premises and is an excellent dining experience. I would highlyrecommend the Cole for your next visit to the desert.

A beautiful location, out of the hubbub of Palms Springs, but close enough to partake if one wanted to. Clean room, safe location for solo traveler. Large pool and French restaurant and bar onsite. I had dinner with the chef!!! My only complaint was that the A/C was a bit loud. I’d go back for sure.

I stayed here before when it was owned by Sonder. I was a little nervous it might have gone down hill, but was pleasantly surprised it hadn’t. In fact, it was nice and I was glad I stayed there again…and will go back! The rooms are large, the ambiance is fun, the location is off the beaten path, which I liked, but still so close to everything.

We’ve stayed here twice already and just about everything has always been just wonderful. However, this time (our third) the pool and jacuzzi had signs on them from the health inspector saying they were closed due to lack of a permit. (Neither the pool nor jacuzzi were at all dirty or unkempt.) It was just extremely odd that, during the three days we were there (or even when we booked the stay), were we told anything about them being closed for the week. After we left, I texted the staff to ask for an explanation, but so far (almost a full day since we checked out), I have received NO RESPONSE whatsoever! Very baffling….A particular high point of our visit has always been Freddie’s, the restaurant on property. It’s just lovely and Frederic, the owner/chef as well as his staff waiter, have always been very hands-on and interact directly with the guests/diners to create a truly lovely dining experience. We look forward to eating there every time we go, and wish it was open for breakfast and/or lunch, as well as dinner.

The online check-in was a little janky, but luckily Ceasar was there to get us all sorted. He was great and very helpful. The room was nice and clean with a good bathroom. However you will need to use the light on your phone as there are only 20 watt bulbs in all the lamps so it is really dark in the room once the sun goes down!! The pool was great, the bar/restaurant wasn't open when we visited so I can't say what it was like. Thank you again for a fun stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Cole. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location is perfect for the traveler looking to be a little out of downtown. It was a quick Lyft ride to get to anything you want. Whether that's the Aerial Tramway or downtown shops and restaurants. It is also adults only so we didn't have to worry about kids at the pool or running around the property.

Loved everything about this place! It’s quiet, small & intimate, but well-maintained, looking like a vintage motel from the 60s. Lovely pool area with jacuzzi (that actually works!) as a centerpiece, a small, elegant restaurant (which we weren’t able to access, unfortunately, because it was only open for dinner, and we had to leave before that), a bar, and all of the staff were exceedingly helpful & accommodating, even allowing us an extended courtesy checkout (thank you, Cassie!), when our car broke down unexpectedly the first night, and had to be towed back to Los Angeles! What’s more, the price was extremely reasonable and fit within our budget. We would HIGHLY recommend this place, and would absolutely stay there again!

Great place for older couples and for those folks looking to leave the kids behind for a grown-up vacation. 21 and over only and that's way they like it at The Cole. And they're not wrong. The pool side lounge exceeds expectations and our suite on the 2nd floor, with our own chairs overlooking the pool was superb!

I arrived LATE-was apprx 9-9:30pm? And being a lone female traveler,I was made to feel welcome and Safe-when the Night Mgr and CHEF/BOTH invited me to come 'IN' to Wait INSIDE BAR/even tho it was already CLOSED for the night😊 And they STAYED there With me- until i finished checking 'IN on phn with Ceasar-the person to REMOTELY 'Check me 'IN, and I"d Received the CODE for Front Gate😜 Then they made sure i SAFELY Got 'IN' To my room And then Left. And I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to see HOW BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN (by maid Veronica), the ENTIRE ROOM WAS!😁 Bed had crisp white sheets 'turned down' inviting ne to 'jump in', And there were a Variety of Big & small Soft PLUSH Pillows too👍 And Room was well equipped with dining table, 2chairs, 2 bedside tables & a dresser, along with Clean carpet, thick 'block-out' curtains and an 'alcove w-closet, Refridg and coffee area AND the BRIGHT PRISTINELY CLEAN BATHROOM had LOTS of Towels👍 A few minutes later i went for ice and saw their perfect size Pool area with chaise longes, and lovely patio lights strewn above the Entire pool area-giving a welcome warm glow, and an extra special touch, was another sitting area/tucked in with few tables n chairs and permanent concrete long sofa/Topped with pillows/that wrapped around the adjacent outdoor 'glassed-in' FIREPLACE!😜 A very nice touch. Took a lovely HOT shower and enjoyed the 'RAIN' shower-head, and this Super Quiet property, ALLOWED me to Get a Much NEEDED Good nights Sleep! THANK YOU!
