"We loved our stay. The hotel had really nice breakfasts included and the pool was fantastic after a hot day walking around the old city. We had a standard room and we were expecting it to be small. It was very small - it was difficult to find space for our cases and the shower was so small that it was hard to use it without banging your elbows. The room did include a nice outdoor balcony which made up for the super small room. The hotel was an easy walk into the old city."

"What can I say!!!! Best hotel, Amazing service from check in staff who are amazing and welcoming. They are super helpful and friendly. The manager was amazing, so helpful and accommodating . She helps , and pay attention to little details to make your time great and always with a smile . Restaurant staff were amazing and attentive. Management is superb , and waiters are very highly trained to make guests feel special. Egor was great in particular as he is fast , attentive, and super friendly. We have been coming here for the 4 th time now as it is great and upscaled. It is part of the i prefer hotels . Only my gps keeps taking me to a different location thinking we arrived, but the street is closed. Restaurants, breakfast, dinner, lunch all had great selections. They even arranged couple massages for us on the panoramic terrace. Over all it is 10 out of 10."

"Hotel was in a great area. Friendly staff. Our room was on the bottom floor and was very musty smelling. We didn’t ask to change rooms because we were just exhausted and assumed maybe they were all the same. "

"This a beautiful property just a short drive from SAN GIMIGNANO. The buildings, and grounds are magnificent. Very well taken care. Rooms were big and comfortable. The included Breakfast was very good Parking it's free and at the property. They have a FREE shuttle service to go to SAN GIMIGNANO, and BACK to the hotel. I ve been to San Gimignano 3 times, it's a wonderful medieval town, BUT parking outside the city walls, it's a pain. On previous trip, for 2 different days we had to wait in line for someone to leave the parking to get into the parking lot. Also it's kind of expensive parking .(more than 20 euros for the daytime) So for us leaving our car at the hotel, and going to San Gimignano and back to the hotel, with the offered shuttle WAS GREAT option. Not to worry where to park, and not waiting in line for a parking spot. The hotel STAFF was AMAZING. Super friendly, they had always a smile, and offer a solution for every request. We were 5 people traveling in 2 cars, One of the people of the group got a room, in an area with an ELEVATOR. The other 4 people, got a room in an older area of the property WITHOUT ELEVATOR, but the hotel staff, HELPED US WITH OUR LUGGAGE, at check in, and at check out. (Thank you) The hotel has an in property restaurant. Kind of expensive, the food was good, but the staff at the restaurant, did not speak much English, so communication was a problem. We will DEFINTIVLY will stay there again, on our return to TOSCANA. "

"Really nice, quiet place to stay with an incredible view and convenient to San Gimignano. The staff and service was top notch with very friendly poolside service and at the restaurant. The room accommodations and beds are very comfortable, but the AC had trouble keeping up with the 90 degree days…especially with a mezzanine sleeping space. Regardless, we had a wonderful time. "
