Everything about our stay was perfect. The breakfast, location- view from our room we couldn’t ask for more. The staff were awesome they did everything I even questioned if they ever went home - they work very hard and do many different duties. I would stay here again in a minute.

The views from the property were beautiful. There is a restaurant on site but we only had breakfast there and ate out the other evenings. We were there for 3 nights. It is about a 8 minute walk to the town center. The wifi was steong.

This is a highly recommended hotel! The atmosphere, the pool, the food, the staff, room, surrounding, 2 minutes from the nearest Pizza place, 10 minutes from the center of town. Everything was just excellent.

Very nearby town centre but very shabby hotel and the rooms are sparse. Parking is offsite and the elevator was mostly broken. Wouldn’t stay here again. But the staff were very nice.

The room for two people is very small and you need to be strategic on how to walk around the room while also accessing two middle size pieces of luggage because there is not room to keep the luggage on the floor without tripping. The shower is very small too especially for large people. The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good, the convenience of being located within a short walking distance of the restaurants and shops is a positive, plus they have parking which we appreciated.

The hotel is well located near the city, has a gorgeous view and it is very quiet place during night. The pool Needs better care and to be heated, it is too cold in April, the garden needs a better maintenance and the service staff restaurant needs a more polite supervisor Asap.

Great view and nice breakfast

Just a one night couple stay on a road trip round Italy. Firstly what a view from the balcony! Room and bathroom small but adequate as I was expecting. But the balcony made the room twice as big, if only the weather was better. Breakfast was very good lots of variety on the day there. One slight negative, we were happy to pay the parking to have the car close by but I don’t think having paid however much for a room the parking should be 15 euro but like I said we were happy to pay just to have the car closeby.

VERY nice and helpful staff! They consistently went out of their way to be helpful. My girlfriend wasn't feeling well, and they let us check in early so she could lay down....the room service lady who brought her some food went out of her way to be sympathetic and kind... The people who work there are top notch! The room and the facility are very nice and clean as well. The only reason I withheld that 5th star is that the hotel isn't inside the old castle walls of San Gimignano. It's down the hill a bit. The walk up the hill isn't bad at all, but there is that walk up the hill (which isn't clear in the listing). But that's a small ding for an otherwise wonderful hotel!

Like all of the reviews available this property overall was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side and could do with a paint: however the rooms are still comfortable. I had a room with a balcony and it was amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset from there. The staff were all kind and helpful and the communal areas and breakfast area were great. Plenty of breakfast options to choose from. My recommendation is to have a car (where possible) as taxi from Poggibonsi train station was $60 euros and when it came to leaving: the local bus simply never arrived 😳😩😡. 2 others and I were lucky enough to hail a local man who drove us to the station in time to meet the train. Grazie 😘
