Le patron et son épouse sont sympathiques. L’accueil du personnel est très variable allant du tres jovial au fonctionnel non chaleureux. Certaines employées n’ont rien à travailler dans le tourisme, jamais de sourire, de mots agréables on a l’impression de les déranger. Il serait bien qu’un membre de l’équipe sache l’anglais. Nettoyage de la chambre très variable. Hôtel tres agréable avec piscine pour une étape de 1-2 jours mais pas plus, du aux Èvents organisés et bruyants pratiquement tous les soirs.

Hotel buona posizione per visitare Caserta Antica 5 minuti a piedi. Per usare la piscina costo extra €10,mai visto un un hotel per gli ospiti pagamento per la piscina. Buona la cena presso l hotel, a parte il buon menù, ma tante cose non disponibili. Il proprietario bravo e preparato in sala, ma le 2 signore lasciamo perdere, capelli non raccolti, bottiglia di vino arrivata aperta, girano per la sala non sapendo il da farsi, sicuramente io punterei su meno persone ma professionali.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte. Gli aspetti positivi sono il personale molto gentile e la colazione. Abbiamo però avuto delle brutte sorprese con la camera (condizionatore che non raffrescava e il frigo minibar non utilizzabile per il cattivo odore) e la piscina, utilizzabile solo a pagamento (10 euro a persona, informazione disponibile solo in loco). Non lo consigliamo.

Male, in quanto non siamo stati accolti nella struttura per motivi a me sconosciuti,prenotata,ci hanno invitati e fatto dormire presso il Park Hotel Castello,posto invaso da zanzare,molto sporco,con ragnatele e polvere ovunque,bagno con vasca scomodissimo da non poter fare la doccia, da sconsigliare ....prenoto L’hotel Caserta Antica e poi ti spostano in altro complesso, squallido e lurido....uno schifo!Consiglio di verificare prima dell'arrivo che sia la struttura da voi prenotata in anticipo. Punteggio zero!

Leider ein heruntergekommenes Hotel, die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und verwohnt, das Bad war unsauber. Alles voller Mücken Der Pool war voller Sand und das Poolreinigungsgerät war dauerhaft im Pool abgelegt aber ohne Funktion Das Essen dagegen war einfach aber top, auch das Frühstück Das Hotel scheint eine gute Küche zu haben Das Oersonal war sehr freundlich

Our very small room was further reduced in size by a 2nd twin cot. We did not request this and would much have preferred a 2nd night stand. Instead one side of the bed was against a wall and inaccessible :-(. There was mold inside the shower, and at least 60% of the lighting in the room did not function. Nor did the hairdryer work. But the view was beautiful, and the dining was excellent. Unfortunately the dining room is so brightly lit it really detracts from any ambience.

Struttura un pò fuori mano ma ben tenuta e con personale cordiale e disponibile, pecca un pò il parcheggio che risulta essere limitato a pochi posti all'interno della struttura stessa mentre a disposizione hanno un ampio parcheggio a circa 150 m dalla stessa. Camera comoda, confortevole, curata, pulita e fornita di tutto l'occorrente. Zona non rumorosa, l'ideale per un soggiorno di relax.
