Amazing breakfast included - anything you might want. Had a good reasonably priced supper here one night. Well-run hotel with charming staff who looked after us (and others in our wedding party) very well. Short walk from railway station and shops so very convenient.Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights for an event in Caserta. The hotel was well appointed, and in a great location close to the Palace. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and drinks. The room was neat and clean with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well, and the blackout curtains were useful. I particularly liked that I could communicate with reception via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time

Centrally located well kept hotel

Good location near the royal palace and shops & restaurants. We’ll kept with up to date appliances but, as usual with Italian hotels, regrettably no iron & ironing board.

We really liked that this hotel had an elevator and the room was very spacious. The shower was very nice in particular. The view of the royal palace was pretty. The staff was super friendly, checked us in quickly and held our bags for us. The free breakfast was nice.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming.

Front desk agents were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was clean, well designed, and supplied necessary items like in-room coffee, tea, and toiletries. Breakfast buffet was welll stocked with a large variety of food and drinks. Located in an amazing area very near the palace, train station and restaurants. The staff really went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We highly recommend this property!

Staff is very kind, professional, and helpful. In general the hotel is worth the price. It needs some renovations in carpets in lobby and hallways. The elevators also need maintenance. I was satisfied.
