โWe believed 4 star mark, but this hotel cannot be 4 star.
1. The bedding, sheet and chair conditions are not clean, cheap and thin material with low quality.
2. Temperature of room was freezing cold in October, so we asked heating and portable heater but they provide blanket. However we could not use, it was not clean and we afraid bedbug and flea. We cannot sleep.
3. The quality of breakfast was so poor.

โAll staff were pleasant, and to me this is very important, with lovely welcome vibes. The hotel front and parking facilities is great. The hotel front and lobby is very welcoming to guests. Our room was beautiful, large, clean, and the bathroom was very nice and newly refurbished it seemed. The view was amazing! The sliding blinds were a really good touch so we could have the doors open. The restaurant was lovely and the food was very good! Breakfast is continental as expected, minimal choice...
