"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. "This place is a scam and no good for families. The pictures do not reflect the condition. Furniture is broken, no utensils and not clean. Do not book this place and run away from it. Had to re-book on another hotel the same night. "
