Staff was very welcoming, easy check in. He called to book us a taxi for the following morning. The place was clean, looked like new. Two nice drink stations in the room, one for coffee and one for tea. The art everywhere was so captivating! The bed was comfortable, and had nice crisp sheets. We enjoyed our stay

Very nice Hotel. A pity that it was crowded with bus people who hide whole day in their rooms and are not seen in the restaurant or bar (because that costs money). When breakfast it was crowded with starving people. Very annoying. But that has nothing to do with the Hotel of course. We were with 9 people and come again. We like the atmosphere they created.

From the moment we arrived until we left the staff was helpful and gracious. They kept our bags for us upon arrival and when we left, we had some to Waste after checkout. One staff member even can Out to keep us informed Ed about when the taxi will arrive. The whole hotel is cute, fun,and clean, even our room. Breakfast offered a wide variety to meet anyone’s food preference. I would go back if I ever get to Verano again.

The rooms are painted by all local artists, and each room is different. What a cool and wonderful idea. Not in city center but staff offered to drive me in for train. Very welcoming and free breakfast too. A great place. You can’t go wrong by staying here. Hotel was well stocked with bar and was impeccably clean.

For me, the staff was very unwelcoming and on one particular occasion after returning from swimming at La Gard, I was stopped by the 4 receptionists at the desk and asked if I had a room key. It was very much so approached in way by the staff as if I didnt look like I belong there. Additionally, I had a late evening check-in and was taking a shower after an 8hr drive when the water just stopped. I had to stand around lathered for 15mins until the water came back on just so I could finish my shower. Lastly, the outside temperature was fairly warm and even though the hotel has AC it is regulated to only go down to 24C (75F). Theres no way to set it lower so every night just to get to sleep, I slept on top of the covers to prevent sweating. Overall terrible experience for me. The main reason I booked is bc I thought the art theme was unique but even that, the most interesting part is the outside art on the exterior of the building. Do yourself a favor, drive by it and take a picture if you're interested in the art and book another hotel.

Ho soggiornato presso il Muraless Art Hotel Verona e, pur riconoscendo alcuni aspetti positivi, l’esperienza complessiva non è stata soddisfacente. Al mio arrivo mi è stata assegnata una camera per persone con disabilità situata al piano terra, tra la reception e il ristorante/sala colazioni. Ritengo che una sistemazione di questo tipo debba essere comunicata preventivamente al cliente o comunque proposta chiedendo il consenso, soprattutto quando tale caratteristica non è chiaramente evidenziata in fase di prenotazione. Avrei gradito poter scegliere. La camera era moderna e pulita, ma presentava alcune criticità importanti. Il climatizzatore era piuttosto rumoroso, tanto da costringermi a spegnerlo durante la notte per riuscire a dormire. Inoltre, la posizione della camera la rendeva particolarmente esposta ai rumori: passaggio continuo degli ospiti, attività della reception, preparazione della sala colazioni nelle prime ore del mattino e lavori del personale delle pulizie. Dalle 6:00 circa era praticamente impossibile continuare a riposare. Non ho apprezzato nemmeno l’assenza del bidet nel bagno, aspetto che personalmente considero importante. Tra gli aspetti positivi segnalo invece la buona qualità della colazione, la pulizia degli ambienti e la posizione comoda dell’hotel. In sintesi, una struttura con buone potenzialità, ma la gestione dell’assegnazione della camera e la scarsa attenzione all’isolamento acustico han

Colazione discreta...non tutti i cibi sono segnalati con precisione. Il succo di frutta alla macchinetta non è stato di mio gradimento. La macedonia fresca buonissima. Acqua offerta molto gradita ma il frigorifero era guasto. La doccia aveva un getto poco potente e la doccetta piccola e posizionata sotto ai rubinetti nel lato corto della doccia quindi i rubinetti risultavano scomodi e fastidiosi perchè sporgenti. Lasse del wc era rotto e quando ci si siede si sposta... Complessivamente una buona camera spaziosa e pulita ma migliorabile.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Muraless Art Hotel Verona. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr bequem, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Bad ist zwar etwas älter, aber völlig in Ordnung. Kostenloser Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, haben wir morgens einen American Coffee getrunken, der uns freundlicherweise nicht berechnet wurde – ein wirklich netter Service. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus gut erreichbar, die Haltestelle ist nur ca. 50 m entfernt, Fahrzeit bis zur Arena Verona etwa 25 Minuten (Achtung: nach 21 Uhr fährt kein Bus mehr). Gerne wieder – tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
