"The inn is one of many in the countryside of southern Tuscany. It was a beautiful property and beautiful room. The service however was quite poor. We requested two glasses of ice from the ice maker and were told very emphatically "No!". I requested coffee or tea for the electric water pot in our room, and was very begrudgingly provided tea.
