Lovely clean hotel

This is a good quality hotel. The room cleaning goes to another level. When the cleaners have finished with your room, someone else comes along to inspect what they have done and sometimes tells them to reclean an area if necessary. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plenty of food to chose from.

There for the recent triathlon. High quality accommodation in the perfect location. Staff lovely . Pool a little disappointing for a ‘spa’ hotel but didn’t really matter . Gym good condition and well equipped for a holiday workout . Staff courteous and accommodating . Had to stay quite late on our check out date because of flights but we remained in a down stairs room with bike locked away and my son could work . Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

Prisvärt hotell mitt i smeten.

Bra läge om man gillar att vara där det händer. Nära till stranden. Bra att kunna använda hotellets pool innan och efter checkin. Bra med parkering som var prisvärd, kan ha bilen kvar under dagen så man checkar ut. Nackdel väldigt lyhört så ta med öronproppar. Inga pool eller strandhanddukar.

lovely rooms, great aircon, friendly helpful staff. nice breakfast till 11 so no need to get up to early. great location, 5 mins from beach and surrounded by nice places to eat/drink/shop. 9mins walk from a huge supermarket handy for getting lunches. the pool was never too busy and well maintained. all in all a great place and would visit again.

Nous avons fait une erreur dans notre réservation sur le nombre de personnes, 1 bébé au lieu de un enfant dont un bébé qui dort avec nous. Il fallait certes trouver une nouvelle chambre mais le personnel d’accueil a été très désagréable, et nous a parlé comme si nous étions des voleurs alors que nous étions prêts à payer car nous étions conscients de notre erreur. Ensuite, nous nous renseignons sur les massages d’un spa. Je prends rdv. Le rdv se passe très bien. On ne m’a jamais dit qu’il fallait que je règle à l’avance, et le lendemain, en retour de soirée la personne de l’accueil m’interpelle à haute voix et me dit vous n’avez pas réglé votre soin ! Comme si j’étais une voleuse ! Alors que rien ne m’a été dit, je comptais régler au Check out je ne suis jamais partie sans payer de ma vie ! ! Mais si le personnel m’avait prévenue évidemment que j’aurais payé sur le moment. Le wifi ne nous a pas été donné en systèmatique, mais si encore il marchait… de plus la télé, inutilisable ! Nous avons un aquarium de veille depuis notre arrivée. Les chambres sont faites le matin mais alors de manière très sommaire. Bref nous sommes extrêmement déçus de cet hôtel ! Je ne recommande pas. Et nous ne sommes pas du tout dans l’habitude de déposer de tels avis mais pour le prix, nous sommes obligés de mentionner cela. Le personnel d’accueil et les équipements de la chambre très loin d’être à la hauteur !
