"Staff were helpful, room was clean and comfy- highlight was our own terrace with hot tub- the view is jaw dropping, especially at night! Breakfast was good and they provide small bowls of snacks if you order from the bar- this was nice while lounging at the pool. Lots of free parking on the street. Getting down to Main Street Modica requires you use hundreds of steps. Just think of all the extra chocolate you can eat while you burn those calories. I’m sure a taxi could be called. "Front desk staff was responsive. Restaurant food just ok. Pool area/garden and outdoor dining area nice. Approach from an industrialized setting in the modern (not old) Modica). Beds and pillows too hard. A/C never got cool enough on a hot (94F day). Needs better maintenance, dead plants on our balcony, carpet sometimes threadbare, some walls in our room needed painting,"
