" I would recommend this hotel, but there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The standout feature is definitely the location—it's hard to beat. The views from a beachfront room are stunning, and the rooftop is truly spectacular. The evening cocktails and snacks were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. That said, the rooms are quite outdated, with older furniture that could use refreshing. The walls are also very thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. While the bathrooms were clean, they are also dated and there was a noticeable sewage smell at times, which detracted from the overall comfort. With some updates and attention to these issues, this hotel could offer an even better experience."

"This was our third stay, and it somehow keeps getting better every time. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and were welcomed so warmly—it truly felt special from the moment we arrived. The team goes above and beyond, creating an experience that feels both personal and effortless. Our suite was incredible, and every detail of our stay exceeded expectations. Even in the hours before our departure, when we were quietly dealing with the loss of our beloved dog, the kindness and care around us meant more than we could fully express. This place and the people here hold such a special place in our hearts—we can’t wait to return."

"This was a great stay if you’re looking for value. The place is clean and is right infront of the bus stop (15 mins drive away from Amalfi - from there you can go to Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Maiori,Ravello with no hassle because the tabacchi is right beside the hotel reception and the guy working there tells you what tickets you need and what to expect when you transfer busses/ferry in Amalfi). The room service is great, i always come back to a super clean room. The location is near to EVERYTHING you need and it is a safe quiet town (I am a solo female traveller and was able to get late night dinners just by walking to the piazza which is 1 min away). Maria also told me where to get breakfast / where the stores are since I opted for no breakfast. She also introduced me to Sir Gennaro who drove me back and forth to Napoli Airport. I arrived a few hours too early for my check in but Maria welcomed me right away. I also had to leave really early to catch my flight and Maria made it simple for me, no problems about checking in/out. Overall, this made my first time in Europe/Italy so smooth and problem free. There is a toiletry basket, hair dryer, air conditioning and the best part is the balcony! Mine was overlooking Minori and i can see the Basillica di Santa Trofimena. It is also 1 min away from the beach. Only thing to consider: no elevators and the hotel is in the middle of a curve where busses have to honk before turning. Bearable noise, if youre sensitive to it, earplugs."

"The room was very clean, and the staff was very pleasant. We needed a parking space they provided, which was a bonus since they had limited parking. It was close to the Metro. We will probably stay there again."

"We travelled throughout Italy for 3 weeks and this was hands down our worst stay! The food was terrible, there isn’t a shuttle to or from the airport as advertised it is actually ( it is $280 EUROS) each way. The shuttle driver to the main square the who helped with luggage was lovely but everything else was so disappointing and 2.5 star at best. The beds are terrible, the sheets are terrible, the breakfast and food is so, so bad we couldn’t even eat it. We are beyond disappointed and wouldn’t recommend."

"Breakfast is good, room is clean and quiet at night. Hotel and room furnishings are all new. Only thing is not so easy is the transportation. But across from hotel there is a Cornad supermarket."
