"When we arrived at 3pm per our check in instructions, we were told the room would not be available until 5-530pm. Floors were dirty and the room is in need of updates. People at the front desk were friendly but did not speak any English. Although stated on hotels.com that English was spoken. "

"Logement très bien situé. Proche de l'océan, à 2 mn du lac et du centre ville. Parking dans la résidence bien apprécié. Équipement parfait. Petit bémol, l isolation pas au top pour le bruit. Malgré cela je reviendrai"

"Aspectos positivos: Tienda bien equipada y de buen tamaño, con espacio entre tiendas/cabañas. Piscina con hamacas con vistas bonitas, rodeada de naturaleza.
Aspectos negativos: Protectores de almohada y colchón de usar y tirar (poco higiénico y poco sostenible), horario de piscina reducido (10-18h) a pesar de no haber socorrista, cuidado de la piscina mejorable, no hay tienda y el bar estaba cerrado."

"Bien situé pour les plages de Capbreton, la taille de l'appartement n'est pas mal. Le personnel est très sympathique et courtois.
Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés.
Les points négatifs:
- le parking autour de la structure sont très vite saturés et il est parfois compliqué de se garer.
- le bruit du canal d'accès au port.
- une forte odeur d'urine en permanence à l'entrée du bâtiment
- il est fastidieux et un peu long de sortir de ce quartier pour se rendre hors CapBreton.

"We absolutely loved it. For the kids it was the place to be. They loved it so much that we added an extra day. The Tipi hut was very cozy, the bathrooms very clean, many amenities like swimming pool, football court, ping pong, jeu de boules. All the people we met, staff and the ones staying where amazing. Highly recommended."

"Très bruyant (réveil tôt par les vacanciers avec leur vehicule, les gens qui parlent... les valises qui roulent...)
Pas de climatisation (obligé d ouvrir les fenêtres pour avoir un minimum d'air... )
Salle de bain minuscule.
Les fenêtres qui donnent directement sur un couloir et sur un parking.p
Le petit déjeuner a un prix exorbitant. Obligé de faire 15mn a pieds pour prendre un café croissant....
Nous ne retournerons pas dans ce lieu.
Il n y a que le personnel qui était agreable."
