"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood."

We reported this the next morning and we’re told that we should have called the front desk to turn it on. It is hot in Pisa at this time of year . In fact, our room temperature for the night was 26.9. There was nothing in our room to advise us to contact the front desk to turn it on. Nor were, we told at check in. It was a rough night."

"Room floor was sandy, pillows were so flat to be non existent. Check in staff was lifeless and still working 12 hours later so there's a clue. Restaurant is uninspired and caters to German tourist. Breakfast is blah, lots of variety but none of it really good. No explanation of beach club, pool was closed and one of the main reasons the hotel was chosen. Overall a tired property. "
