The Colombians are big supporters of soccer and watching a soccer game of Medellin Independente or Nacional in the Estadio in Medellin is a very special experience! 90 mins of singing, jumping, playing the drums and supportung the team. Be careful to go to the South or North area in the stadium, that's where the very extreme fans are. Seats in the Occidental and Oriental area are good places to watch the games.

What is a bandeja paisa? It's sausage, ground meat, chicharon, fried egg, bean soup, plantain, avocado, and rice. I don't think anyone leaves hungry.
