Disappointing hotel stay

The room was like a backpackers bunk room, and very smelly [constantly!!], smell like bleach nonstop! After 1 night we left though we paid for two!! No refund was possible. Completely disappointing hotel and room!!!

Struttura da tenere in considerazione, qualità del servizio ottima, così come anche la pulizia delle camere. Lascia un po' a desiderare la posizione, ma viene sicuramente compensata con dai servizi offerti e dalla cordialità del personale. Cibo super, vasta e molto varia la scelta è di ottima qualità. Hotel accueillant, bien tenu et très bonne table

Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous nous rendions dans ce bel hotel à Castione de Presolana pour un séjour de ski au Monte Pora. Cette fois-ci encore, ce fut un grand plaisir de pouvoir apprécier l'accueil du patron et de sa famille, la grande qualité de la nourriture faite par le chef et servi dans une salle à manger lumineuse, distinguée et chaleureuse. Les repas sont un régal, les chambres pour trois totalement rénovées avec balcon et insonorisées sont parfaites pour un prix raisonnable. La chambre à deux était plus modeste mais le prix bas. L'accès aux multiples pistes de ski alpins du Monte Pora en fait une destination de montagne très pratique à partir de Paris, car à seulement 45km de Bergame desservi par Ryanair avec des prix très compétitifs. Excellent hôtel que je recommande vivement.

Byliśmy gośćmi hotelu Aurora w dn.16-19.01. Miasteczko malutkie , idealne na weekend narciarski (Monte Pora) via lotnisko Bergamo. Przepyszne jedzenie : śniadania w cenie i 3 daniowe obiadokolacje - płatne dodatkowo ( kuchnia domowa - WARTO ). Przemili gospodarze , żadnych problemów. Cenowo podobne do weekendu w Polsce. Polecamy i mamy nadzieję przyjechać tu znowu.....
