"Definitely a splurge but well worth it. Our deluxe room for 5 had plenty of room even with the cot for my 16 year old. The staff were lovely but best of all was direct access to all the hikes and activities at the lake. We had a fantastic stay! "

"The room was great. A lot of the planted trees on the property block the views if you have a balcony but the room was clean and quiet. No pool table on the property which was really disappointing for us since they advertise that as an available activity for the property. The staff was amazing and the food at Legends on the property was great! "

If you’re staying in a simple queen sized suite, you may want to make sure you’re okay with the possibility of kids being in the suite above yours because you can hear people running around a lot. Otherwise, the location of this resort was very convenient for Banff downtown and hikes. "

"This property was a great location for those looking for a little more quiet just outside of downtown Banff. Bikes were available to rent for a small fee and there was a paved trail to access town or to explore other areas in front of the property. We also really enjoyed the onsite pickle ball courts. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was closed while we were there, and to be honest, I didn't even see where it was. Still, overall, a really nice stay. I would return if visiting Banff in the future. "
