The pub attached to the hotel Cask had amazing staff and was a highlight.. parking is not convenient but not horrible… there is spots to Set down and off load your luggage on the street first vs walking your luggage from the parkade."

"The staff at the hotel was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and had just the right amount of space. Also the rooms are outfitted with a great coffee machine and free water. May sound strange, but the shower in the room is amazing - something that is a wonderful luxury after sight seeing all day."

"We stayed at the hotel for a family occasion. We tried to check in at 1:30pm, room wasn't ready, reception didn't ask if we wanted to leave luggage. When we got to our room the accommodation was basic and clean. The breakfast was good the next morning, staff could have friendlier and more attentive. We went to the Leisure Centre, the pool area is absolutely filthy, tiles hanging off the walls. The Jacuzzi was dirty and had a really bad smell off the water. The sauna and steam room need a full refurb "
