The room was spacious, and clean, However, on the 2nd day of our stay, the room was not clear, especially on the floor although housemaid cleaned up. The shampoo and conditioners were not refilled, and I needed to go to the front desk and asked them. โThe staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting Mount Vernon and anything in the DC area. The rooms are very nice and have everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The local area has great restaurants. The grounds were well kept and had great space for traveling with pets. โ
โClean, quiet and comfortable beds. The hotel is near great. food and shopping. Front desk Staff was professional and courteous. Cleaning staff was okay. Kitchen staff needs to be more attentive to the buffet. Customers had to continually request items to be replenished.
Breakfast was provided but ran out of key items (waffle mix) each morning. Food station was replenished but took a little time.โ
โThe hotel itself was great, it was very clean, has a nice pool with jacuzzi. The breakfast was really great, the room was comfortable. That was a little on the hard side for me. The area is a little suspect, so decided to be cautious, I didn't know the area. But I definitely recommend the place. I got pretty good value from it overall.โ
