“The property is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and amenities are top tier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 is due to the experience I had with the transfer service offered by the hotel. Not only was the driver very fast going up hill and no where in communications with the hotel was the cost of the transfer mentioned. Go for the spa & restaurant but arrange your own transportation. ”

“I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. The sound of the stream, birds and beautiful flora and fauna was accident perfect for the relaxing trip we were looking for. We pre ordered dinner and breakfast was served. Both delicious. “Amazing views and the host offered me great insight into the area and history of Jamaica and Kingston It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites. It was clean and I felt safe the whole time”
