"Ho prenotato questa struttura senza grandi aspettative, ma quello che ho trovato è stato comunque molto deludente. La casetta presentava evidenti problemi di manutenzione e di pulizia, con aria condizionata non funzionante e piscina dall'acqua verdognola. Ho apprezzato la gentilezza del figlio della proprietaria, che si è scusato, ma i problemi non sono stati risolti. A causa del caldo e delle condizioni dell'alloggio, ho deciso di lasciare la struttura la stessa sera e trasferirmi altrove....

What an amazing stay. An immaculate service by the owners . Very personalized in every way . It’s like being with friends but with 5 stars service. I would book again and again. It’s also in close proximity to all attractions , walking distance and walking distance to public transport.

Roberta was the best hostess we have ever had during a travel stay. The property was new and well stocked with everything we needed (water, coffee, tea, glasses, cups, bottle opener to name a few). Great personal care items and comfortable bedding. The best however besides Roberta’s charming and welcoming personality was the spectacular breakfast she made to order! An amazing facility. The staff was attentive and caring without be overbearing. The food is delicious and the location is super. Our room was of adequate size and the amenities were wonderful. They had a secure location for our bicycles which is appreciated.
Only minor glitch was that the hot tub is a bit cool for my preference. Not a big deal at all.
I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

It would be difficult to overstate just how wonderful this place is. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious, the breakfast is wonderful, the owner is absolutely phenomenal (he even assisted me with gassing up my car before we left!), and the pool is absolutely magnificent…I’ve never seen a nicer pool outside of a resort!

The rooms were beautiful, with simple classic design. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the bathroom sparkling clean and modern.
The concierge was extremely amiable and prepared a delicious breakfast buffet for the guests.
This hotel is VERY CLOSE to all the sights in Catania, but is away from the bustle of the city center. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

The staff was very helpful, and paid a lot of attention to details, even already setting out gluten free pastries for me after I asked if they had some the day before. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant. We didn’t have a car on this trip, so we enjoyed our time at the hotel for 3 nights. I would definitely book again, and recommend this place to anyone...

We had a quick overnight stay but staff VERY helpful, exceptional accommodations and easy walk to fantastic dining and shopping. Staff arranged taxis for us and even had breakfast out at 4a.m. prior to our crazy early departure. Would definitely book again.
