"Great hotel near airport we used for a night before our morning flight. Pool was a great bonus to use on a very hot day. Front desk staff extremely helpful. Only downside was the poolside food options we used for dinner as we couldn’t wait for the restaurant opening at 8pm. Stay away from the lasagne….terrible frozen version."

"Overall experience was very good. The suite was unusually decorated, large and clean. It was at the front of the hotel and there was some residual noise from the street. AC was good and housekeeping was efficient. It’s in a good location for Via Etna, Piazza Duomo and other spots and very close to a host of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed to interact with them. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not in keeping with the style or ‘sense’ of the hotel. The restaurant struggled to keep with the demand of a lot of guests having breakfast at the same time. There was very little information about the services in the hotel. Nothing in the room or advertised around the hotel. The gym was very small."
