I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of wardrobe space. I especially appreciated the small kitchen area — perfect if you want to cook your own meals. The hotel is also located in a quiet area, ideal for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

We booked an Ollen apartment last minute since our flight was cancelled and it turned out to be a great choice. Our room was very comfortable (with plenty of room for our family of 4), the facilities were all good and the staff were some of the most welcoming we’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We would absolutely give the facilities and especially the staff the highest praise. Marianna was extremely helpful in understanding Sicily as it was our first time there. She also helped me with planning our itinerary and made everything go so smoothly! Giuseppe was also extremely welcoming and made sure the jacuzzi temperature was just right. He is a gentleman and an asset to the property! Graciella and Salvadore put out a delicious breakfast every morning. And made more than a few espresso’s while serving the guests. Everyone one there deserves to be congratulated.

The property itself is faultless. The staff were amiable and went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our only criticism would be the area surrounding the property. It was extremely dirty and unkempt but we appreciate that this is out of their control. Transport is limited in the area as the property is located a long way from the centre.

Quiet place next to the busy downtown

Really top notch place, a safe haven out of the really quite chaotic downtown of Catania. But still relatively close to it. Staff is really welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean and there was also full sized fridge, which was really nice surprise. Pool, gym, etc. well maintained and clean. Parking space is gated so you don't have to stress about your vehicle either. Besides breakfast, the hotel restaurant serves lunch and dinner, which were definitely up to the task if you are hungry and don't want to head out to the wilderness of DT. Breakfast was good, not too many options but enough. Spent ten days. If I ever am to return, this would be the place. Attached some pictures of the food served.

A new property, better for linger-term stays

We searched for a hotel with free (or reasonably-priced) parking that would allow us easy access to the Catania airport for a flight at noon on the following day. I guess we didn’t search early enough, because there wasn’t much choice, and we settled for this newly-built (and not completed) property about 10 minutes north of downtown (the airport is south of the city), nestled in a dense residential apartment zone. We had to drive through a tangle of streets to get there, and there were few facilities on the property, and nothing to do within walking distance. The property’s dining and fitness facilities are still being built. But our room was clean and had all new furniture and kitchen appliances. A great bathroom and shower. The “safe” was too small to put much into, and since it wasn’t secured into the closet anyway, we didn’t use it. The property is gated, requiring the front desk or a room key to open the gate for pedestrians or drivers. This was more of a long-term rental property than a short-stay hotel. Alessandro at the front desk was more than helpful and friendly. While it took some time to find the property, it satisfied our needs and we made our flight with plenty of time to spare.

Präsentation im Internet passt vollkommen zur vorgefundenen Situation. Tolle Ausstattung! Hervorzuheben war aber das Personal, das über Details, die im Zimmer optimiert werden könnten, gerne hinwegsehen lässt.100%ige Weiterempfehlung. Wer ohne Auto unterwegs ist, kommt mit Bussen ins Zentrum, zu den verschiedenen Busstationen 5-15 Minuten Fußweg.

L'appartement et joliment équipé, neuf et très propre ainsi que le reste de l'établissement qui est tout aussi bien entretenu. Joli jardin et petite piscine et jacuzzi viennent compléter le lotissement qui possède également une salle de sport. Tout le personnel et très gentil, attentionné et attentif à toute demande. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et nous avons soupé 2 soirs, le repas était excellent et une bonne sélection de vin. Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants pendant 1 semaine et nous pouvons que recommander très chaleureusement cet apparthotel avec un parking sécurisé payant très appréciable.

Modernes Hotel mit herzlichen Service

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern dort. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Die Ausziehcouch bequem. Mit dem Kinderwagen ist es etwas Schwierig, weil es kaum Gehsteige gibt in der Umgebung. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Der Kaffee ist auch super. Uns hat es gefallen.
