“I recently stayed four nights at Nova Suite in Catania, Sicily, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. Flavia was especially helpful and went out of her way to check me in at 2:00 PM, even though the regular check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. Die Kommunikation per Wassap war top, äußerst freundlich, immer sehr zeitnah und flexibel. Abends ist viel los. Man hat viele Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.”

“Entrance to the building left a lot to be desired. Scruffy, peeling paint where there was some, broken marble steps on staircase, broken handrail. Through the door into our accommodation it all changed.Nicely decorated and furnished. Into our lovely spacious room with balcony. Nicely decorated. Bathroom was very tiny. One large wardrobe with 3 hangers! No drawers. Had to search shops to purchase an adapter as UK one was not compatible. Bit stressful. Appears the property has the old socket...

“The location is wonderful for sightseeing and shopping. We were 2 in a room for 3 people so had enough space. Staff was extremely helpful. They don’t have a life, that was a shock but the hotel staff, and even a guy from the neighbouring restaurant helped us…Love that!”

“Room next to the breakfast room. Soundproof is bad. Building condition is old. Not convenient to get in, need to put code 5 times from the street to the room. Shower tray is tiny, I can’t even turn around without hitting the door. Location is not bad, maybe Catania standard is like that. ”
