"Shower worked off and on, breakfast was ok, wasn't the greatest."

"Not as good as I thought it would be. There were holes in the sheets and towels. And our bed wasn’t made properly so we had to remake it in the morning. The valet staff was nice enough. Front desk was okay. It’s not the easiest property to navigate though. It was just a “meh” type of stay. "

"We were there for a short, 3 night family vacation, which is specifically why we chose the hotel - 2 adults, 2 school age kids. The extra living room space was great for our kids. Breakfast was okay for two days. By day three, we all wanted something different. Breakfast staff was friendly, hardworking, and kept the dining area clean. We had some issues with our room (broken ironing board, repeat issues with lack of towels, washcloths, and soap). Marquis in housekeeping was attentive - super helpful in resolving after management was notified. Front desk clerk credited us for parking, which we appreciated. Upon check out, we were still charged and had to go to the front desk to address. Long wait for elevators, even to the parking garage, when we checked out. We opted to just walk around the side of the building. The general manager, Dwight, was attentive when I met with him at 9 p.m. after being told we would have to wait for towels and washcloths. He told me to email him, which I did. However, he never responded. Overall, a decent stay, especially for the price (booked via Expedia). Location close to restaurants. Not sure I would stay again."

"The sisters restaurant next to the lobby was delicious and the young lady was probably the best hospitality I’ve had, super welcoming sweet, and attentive. The rooms were so gorg! Lives the rooftop as well"
