โUpon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. โThis property is right across the street from Cathedral Square.. with the Leaning tower, cathedral and baptistry. Iโm not sure if all rooms have the same view, but we were on the second floor and our two windows looked right at the leaning tower. It was cool. Kids loved it. Ages 10 and 4. Staff was helpful with directions, transportation. We would stay here again, without a doubt. Super cool spot. โ
