"I’ve stayed here > 10 times, but this time we had a really bad experience when a member of staff made an incredibly mean, insulting and inappropriate comment about my body and literally nothing was done about it. Ruined my holiday completely. Also WiFi doesn’t work which is weird for a 5 star hotel. (Again, it hasn’t worked in years but because of how much we used to love it I didn’t mind). "

"Le Palme is a little tired. Bathrooms are functional but in need of an update. They had small/old jacuzzi/body jet shower, but that left almost no room for the toilet. I'm only 6'3" but couldn't sit straight on the toilet. The hotel has plenty of facilities, but beware that you'll have to pay for almost all of them. Parking €20 a night, Spa €10 a visit, Sun Loungers €40 per couple, Dinner €45 per person, set menu. Small bottle of still water €2.50 - there are none provided in the room. Neither...

"What a super place ultra clean and well kept. The manager was dealing with a large party but still made us very welcome organising drinks, takeaway pizza and a breakfast - fantastic service. "I had a number of Athletes taking part in the Ironman on both Saturday and Sunday. I found the hotel basic but comfortable and very well catered for the athletes. Bikes were allowed in the rooms, breakfast was made easily, the rooms are quite and location for the event village was perfect. The staff are superb and friendly and very willing to help. Great stay. "
