โWe were attending a wedding at Virginia Lodge so the hotel was close by. The staff were extremely friendly, the bed comfortable and the place very tidy. Great views over the lake. Excellent breakfast but would have liked fruit salad to be available as it was in other places guests stayed.โ

if you are going to be in Cavan do yourself a favour and book The Farnham Arms hotel- itโs simple and honest and totally authentic - I felt that I was Irish for a day
