"This is one of my favorite hotels. We stay here everytime we visit Cebu because it’s centrally located and close to shopping and entertainment. But since it opened I don’t think there were any renovations/refurnishing done to the hotel rooms, lobby furniture, and pool area. Although the rooms are kept clean and the huge lobby, you can tell it’s aged and needs an upgrade. I hope management will do this and make it a priority. The concrete steps near the pool area poses a hazard. I stubbed my toe on those rough floors. Btw, the garden area and pavilion by the pool could be fixed and could be a great place to hold outdoor/garden weddings. So much potential if this hotel is getting upgrades and maintenance. Fabulous staff all around."

"where to begin.... The Staff... absolutely professional and accommodating with care. We cant thank them enough for the superb attention they gave to us and all other guests. The location was easy access to most places as well. The Family Suite was just as pictured and offered us ample room for our stay. One also cannot make a bad critique with the food as it was outstanding. As a FYI, Its a "Must" to schedule the breakfast buffet into your plans. The weekend Japanese dinner buffet satisfied the pallets of the three of us. We are so happy that our initial plans at the Ducit on Lapu Lapu didn't work out. Will we come back? most definitely."
