I love the campfire area and I always dine in the Chinese Restaurant next to the hotel, Excellent food. I also love the garden beds. When I explored The Cedar Breaks many years ago, I stayed at this hotel. Its a convenient drive to Brian Head. This is the hotel of my choice evertime I'm in Cedar City.

This location is a bit dated. Our room was located on the first floor and was noisy from people coming and going. You could hear the showers in other rooms going on and toilets flushing. The staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. I probably would not stay there again.

The room was clean and large. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was fair but nothing to brag about. Heating unit worked yet the thermostat control didn't seem very accurate. Decent value with a good location for downtown access; it was a bit noisy with loud trucks and cars acting tough.

Fast check in, big rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet had good selection of eggs, sausage patties, roasted potatoes, chorizo potatoes, breads, yogurt bar, oatmeal. Coffee and basic fruit drinks. Furniture and bathroom is dated but maintained well. Grounds look nice, but closer look cigarette butts everywhere in cobblestone crevices and around fire pit. Had a neighbor smoking outside his room, yuck. Designated and obvious smoking sections that meet state law for distance would be great addition.
