โThis is a beautiful and lovingly restored facility in every respect. It has been tastefully updated. It is in a great setting, right on Main Street Cedar Falls. The staff is excellent. The only minus is parking. Overlook that and book, it's a fabulous hotel with lots of character.โ
โI had to ask for a different room because it was smelly and the sheets are dirty. The personnel was very kind though to replace the room to a cleaner one.โ

โThe staff checking in was great, the room looked like it needed to be swept and mopped, the AC in the living area did not get cool, it was hot as heck in that room, the freezer worked but the refrigerator did not get cold. The keurig did not shut off until the water was empty and overflowed the cup. The staff the following morning , she was very unprofessional, rude and snappy towards my children. โ
โFriendly staff, decent breakfast. Not too many choices but enough to fill our bellies. Clean room. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Easy access from the interstate. Close to shopping and plenty of places to eat. โ
โThe outdoor seating area was marvelous. They were hosting 2-3 large events, the parking lots were overflowing in front but there was disabled parking close enough at a back door. Despite the large parties it was quiet and nice. The parties were held on the opposite side of the hotel. I was impressed. โ
โIt is what is advertised, and that deserves a good rating. The place is very clean and well maintained. I didn't come for frills or a pool, just a clean room for a night.โ
โPet friendly, large and clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. It's a good place to stay for the price. A little hard to get to, you go thru a restaurant parking lot. โ
